At The Byte Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, here's how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and in its original packaging

You have the original proof of purchase

It is not a clearance or special order item

2. Non-Returnable Items

Software or digital downloads

Gift cards

Items marked “Final Sale”

3. How to Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you on how to ship the item back.

4. Refunds

Once we inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return courier fees unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
